Hi there,

We have a PWA that uses the Camera Plugin. But when we open the Camera Plugin. The tablet opens a small window in the browser showing the live camera result. But how do I take a photo with this?

I've added a screenshot for better explanation.

Information about the device:

iOS version: 16.6.1
Model: iPad Air (5th Gen)
Safari version: 16.6

Solution

I fixed it in safari by asking not to open the desktop version. That way it won't open the camera in a browser and opens the actual camera.
