I have created basic reactive web app, which is working as expected earlier, but all of a sudden from past two days when I try to publish the reactive web app and open in the browser. Its started giving me a CORS issue and "No cached manifest found. It's not possible to rollback to a previous version" [Error log issue in service center]. After going through the online forums, I have tried by clearing browser cache [Chrome, Mozilla, Edge..] but nothing works for me. Anyone has faced similar kind of issue, please help me to resolve the issue. Thanks in Advance.

Sometimes it is "magically solved"
Did you try running a solution over all the modules in the app?
Did you try publishing all modules from bottom to top and refresh dependencies?

I openend the oml file you provided. And it worked well in my environment, so it looks like nothing is wrong with the application.
The oml did not contain more then a screen, so maybe you can try the build a new application and check if that works fine. Takes a lot less time then trying to find some obscure reason for the described error.

If anyone is looking for a solution for this issue, try to disable and enable the application from the service center, it worked for me.
