I have an on-premise setup with a platform server and Service Studio running on a private virtual machine. I've routed public traffic through an application gateway to access my private setup. While I can connect to Service Studio from within the private VM using "localhost," I'm unable to access it externally using the public domain of the application gateway. In theory, I should be able to connect to Service Studio from anywhere using the public domain. Can you please provide a solution for this issue?

This is not a questions that's directly related to OutSystems, it seems. What I don't understand though, is "connect to SS from within the private VM" - one doesn't "connect" to Service Studio, it is an app you start. So what do you mean by that?
