Yesterday when I was starting my exam i encountered an error in proproctor application so after struggling for some time I missed my scheduled timing. Then I contacted the proproctor's chat support they gave me the following link : https://ehelp.prometric.com/proproctor/s/article/PPL-TECH014-How-to-Create-a-Local-User-Account-in-Windows-10?language=en_US to create a new windows user and after creating the new user and re-installing the proproctor application the error was resolved.
