There is no fetch new personal environment.

11.54.25 (Build 62773)


I have been inactive for a very long time and today I want to get back in OutSystems, I have logged in and saw that my personal environment is still active( or at least I think it is), but I cant login to my outsystems studio, and when I click manage infrastructure to check if my environment is active, it sends me to a page that says Service Unavailable HTTP error 503, This service is unavailable.

You can log support ticket with Outsystems to sort this issue.

Hello Marc, 

When you are not using your personal environment for long time OutSystems sentvyou email that your environment will be inactive for a period of time and you need to wake up it with grace period after that period they delete your personal environment and you can create a new one.
