In which system entity AO information is stored?

The short answer is: it is not stored in the database. The link Ana provided links again to a Forge asset that may be helpful, though I'm not sure how accurate it is.

Hello Shubham Doshi, 

You can check the amount of AOs under the tab Administration under the tab Licensing on Service Center. 

Below the title "Licensing" you can check the Application Objects per module :)

I am aware about this. I want to know where this information is getting stored. I want to fetch AO counts programmatically.
