I have a pdf with an header and a footer for every page i'm generating.
The main content is a list with a container inside containing many objects.
Every new page the content of this list is overlaid from the footer of the previous page and the header of the new once.
How can i avoid this behavior ?
Hi Lorenzo. Are you using HideHeaderOnFirstPage? If so, this issue has been fixed on version 12.0.1.
Thank you very much for you prompt solution!
Hi Lorenzo,
Have you tried using pagebreak if its not working can you share the oml file if it is possible.
thank you.
i tried to do it but the list content is dynamic, i don't know exaclty where to brake the page. I can share you the structure of the widgets. The OML contains confidential corporate information, i can't share it
Please put your main container of your list widget inside the "Avoid page break" web block.
In that case, it should not overlap on the header and footer.
i tried but the problem still remain
Now with the last update i have also the header appearing in the first page. I give you the link to test the application

I am not able to click on the link you provided, its not in link format can you please check again?
Please check the attached OAP and sample pdf. I am able to print it without overlapping on header and footer using a dynamic list.
Hi,
Please ignore my above duplicated replies, yesterday I tried to attach a OAP and sample pdf because of file size it did not allow me to attach, then I just removed my comment and clicked on 'cancel'. Now I don't know how the duplicated comments are posted(Note: I tried 3 times to attach file).
Hence please ignore my duplicated replies above, now I am not getting option to delete my above comments which I noticed today.
thanks for support.
Yesterday i fixed footer, now it works with only one container has child. But i still have issues with the header: it appear in the first page with the variable HideHeaderOnTheFirstPage and it overlay the content from the second page.
The issue now is that Header block overlay the main content only if the PDF has one page, if the pdf has more pages it works fine.
How can i fix it?
thank you!
No suggestions?
Hi Lorenzo.
Could you post a link to your report so I can preview it?
Alternatively, please install Ultimate PDF Management and download an execution log of your report.
Hi Leonardo,
sorry for delay. Here the link to generate a PDF with header issue. If i put more data to generare a multiple page PDF the issue will not appear. With only one data to render it will appear.
thanks!
