Why i got We couldn't proceed request when asked for a green badge on forge

I request for green badge on forge for my asset 
and i got a replay with

 [We couldn't proceed with your trusted badge request for Assas DMS because it doesn't meet all requirements.

You can find attached a file with specific details about our assessment.

Check the trusted requirements and let us know if you have any questions. ]

with an excel sheet for details
but excel was totally empty 
just one record

and all other sheets are empty

and my assets have no errors on AI Mentor and no warnings when deploy 

so what can i do to get the green badge or fix the problem ??

Hi @Hassan Shaddad ,

i have not been involved in reviewing forge components yet, but a few things I can see : 

  • in one module there are indexes missing on foreign keys (warning in truechange tab)
  • in api module, i see exposed rest api's with authentication none
  • there are many actions and data structures with zero description or comment

I know or understand nothing of what your component is doing, so I stopped there, but maybe above are some of the reasons.  I think, as Ana is saying, the only ones who can tell you why is Outsystems, something probably went wrong in getting the feedback back to you.

I'm not saying that these are the reasons, just some observations, I don't have experience with reviewing forge assests, your best bet is to ask them.

Sorry to hear that you didn't got the badge. I would suggest you replying to the email, expressing the emptiness of the attached sheets and requesting more specific details on the rejection reasons.
