Access to my personal environment

Hello,

i couldnt access to my personal environment in service studio, i tried to put my credentials but it didnt give me an error.

Hello @MESSIKH Amina Sabrina,

I had similar issue today and able to resolve it by my own. What I did is clicked on the Deploy link as highlighted into the below screen shot which took me to LifeTime login screen and when I entered my existing login credentials, I am able to login and after that I entered same credentials to log into the Service Studio and it worked for me. It's weird, but worked for me. So you can give a try and see if work for you. :)  You would be able to access this screen with the below URL and you should be logged with in the OutSystems portal.

You can open a support ticket with OutSystems regarding the same, if you are trying using the correct credentials.

First of all, welcome to the Community! 

So, in order to understand what the are issues, could you check some stuff? 

  • Chek your internet connection;
  • Check the status of your environment;
  •  Have you tried to update the login credentials, like updaste your password? Does it solve your issue?
  • If the problem persists, yes, you should open a support case to OS!

Hello Ana Agostinho,

Thankyou for your answer, i checked my internet connection, and its fine.

About the status of my environment, when i am trying to manage it, it asks me to  log in Lifetime, and when i enter my credentials, an message error is shown ( Invalid username or password) . 

And yes i tried to recover my password and the problem persists.

I have already opened a support ticket so i waiting for the support answer.
