I am trying to set up AI mentor studio in development environment but when I am trying to login through the environment, it is throwing an error saying we are unable to reach your environment.
Can anyone guide me how to resolve this?

Please check with your network team and make sure below URL is white listed and not blocked

This URL is new AI Mentor API endpoint which OutSystems starts using it since AI mentor version 4.2 and this URL shouldn't ne used into browser as it will not work.
Sometimes network teams add firewall configurations to allow communication either inboud or outbound from specific IPs only for security reasons. That's why I asked Shubham to check with his network team if this URL or endpoint is whitelisted into firewall configuration or not

if you have already followed all the setup steps and are still unable to reach the environment there. it might be a good idea to reach out to the support team for ai mentor studio.
or you can try with the new setup and make sure that your environment is not deleted.
