Previously i didnt find any problem and can publish the module in my personal environment. Just today, when I open the module again, it raise this errors and need to fix. It says upgrade the environment to publish, I am not sure what it is.
Is there any same condition happening when using Cloud Messaging Configurator - Overview | OutSystems assets? And how to counter these errors.

As i am seeing logs, it is clearly mentioned that for personal Environment client variables/others are not supporting, if you still need to use, then you need to upgrade your personal environment to higher(priceable) environment.
Since Personal Environment has some limitations, so that's the reason you're not able to publish now. It will support for limited features.
And earlier you are able to publish, i agree but that time you never used client variables or unsupported things.
