Issue with Email Change for profile in OutSystems

Non-Technical issue

I submitted an email change request in OutSystems for my profile. I got an email to confirm the change and clicked the required link.

However, I am unable to login to OutSystems Portal or Service Studio using the new account.

Has anyone faced similar issue or is aware of the fix for the same?
