I've been prepping to take the above-referenced certification course and have found next to no English language practice exam materials outside of the one included in the packet (with the exam score breakdown). I'm simply interested in knowing whether any other materials outside of this exist to practice. I've taken the real exam before and found that it was significantly more difficult than the questions on the practice exam were, so any extra bit of study material would be a huge help. Thank you!

I would suggest go through the entire course of Developing Web Apps (OutSystems 11) along with hands on, pay close attention to what the trainer is talking in video courses and not just the slides being presented because many of the questions are directly asked from what trainer is explaining, take all the quizes in the courses.
Also if you have already taken the exam you will have section wise results report, you can concentrate more on the topics where you answered incorrectly.
These should be sufficient for clearing the exam. All the best for your exam!
