Since yesterday I have been facing an issue with the following message whenever I try to open my application in a browser which is "HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable. " also when I try to publish again it throws an error like "Deployment failed. Could not invoke ping. Exception "

Ok. Then might be you can request with your infrastructure team to restart the services on the server. It might resolve your issue if some of the services are stopped on the server due to some known/unknown issues. I am not sure if this documentation will help you, but please go through once.
