Dear Team,

We are facing the PDF download issue today. It was working before.

When user clicks on download link it's not saved in Download folder.

It's showing unconfirmed file in Download folder

Note: We are using OutSystems cloud environment.

Best Regards,

Nitin

I think the extension is not correct. Try to give your own static name.pdf and then download.

Hello

I guess this is something not related to Ultimate PDF, because here you are able to perform your download logic the issue starts when the download started and I see it is even not getting completed.

Did you tried this on other browsers?

There is a known issue sometime occur on edge browser, from your screenshot I can say it is a edge browser you can follow this post for the issue -

Other then that CRDOWNLOAD extension is created when the file is in download progress

I hope this helps

Thanks
Tousif Khan

Hi @Tousif Khan ,

Thanks for quick reply!

Issue is resolved, download is working fine now.

I have tried in Chrome and Edge, same issue was there. This issue was for other colleagues as well.

We are working in company restricted network, may be this issue was because of some organization polices applied on browsers.

Best Regards,

Nitin
