Hello everyone,I've been experiencing issues with my Service Studio since yesterday. When attempting to log in, I receive an 'Invalid Username/Password' error, despite using the credentials associated with my OutSystems account. The same error occurs when trying to log in to the Service Center.Yesterday, I reached out to the OutSystems Support Team, and they resolved the issue at that moment. However, after a few minutes of usage, Service Studio froze. I contacted the support team again and followed their instructions, but the issue hasn't been resolved yet.Therefore, I uninstalled and reinstalled the Service Studio. Unfortunately, I'm back to the point where I can't even log in again (getting the "Invalid username/password" error). Can anyone assist in resolving this issue? Thank you in advance.Fatemeh
Hi,
I don't think anybody here on the community can solve this for you. My experience with this error is that there indeed is a invalid password or username combination used.
If you have a colleague with sufficient rights to login to lifetime you can ask him/her to change your password, then try again to log in.
If all fails, you need to contact OutSystems Support again.

May be there is network problem. Or do one thing try to close service studio and open it again. And if still doesn't work then try to open support case by clicking on this link
