Hi,

Two most common reasons:

  1. You need to first remove the previous version of your app from your mobile device, then install the latest.
  2. You are testing the app in your computer browser, that does not support mobile plugins. A mobile plugin will only work on a mobile device.

Daniel

Hi Daniel,

1) This is the first time I'm trying to use this component. It is the latest version.

2) I debug on Android. The message you see on the screenshot is shown on the mobile device.

In case it is matter, I also put the OneSignal UI component on the screen layout, but as I understood it is necessary only to manipulate notifications once they entered while the application is in focus.

Another thing (also covering option 2 you mentioned), I run a cordova plugin that reads the phonebook and it works. So maybe there isn't a problem with the mobile phone.

Since there is no detailed information on the error code, I guess that the issue is not the AppID, but I recheck it again and again and it and the RestAPI are okay.

Looking forward

Hi Sunil again :-)

This is exactly the document I'm using. Anyway, in another post of mine on which you also responded, a community member suggested to re-install the app package (rather than just publish it). Another member gave a detailed explanation for the reason it can help. So, I will first try this practice also in this case and update here.
