Balsamiq 2.2 now supports a specific object, called sitemap, which supports our Information Architecture activities quite nicely.

It also seamlessly links to the mockups we're already building in this tool.

Be sure to upgrade your copy.

From the initial usage of this feature there's already a conclusion:

As the branches below only grow horizontally, the sitemap does not scale well, as it grows too fast to the sides.
