How to avoid sending emails to an specific account just configuring Service Center

Hello every one, I hope you can help me with something, this is the context: I have an application that every Friday sends emails notifications to a list of users, those users list is the result of an aggregate to the User Entity, the problem is that there is a user that we don't want to sent the notification, but we can not deploy to PROD a filter change on that aggregate because we have a lot of other changes that we don't want to publish yet, so I want to ask if there is a configuration we can make on Service Center maybe to avoid sending emails to that specific account.

unfortunately, your request is not applicable from the Service Center, the only option there is to  redirect all email but there is no no other expections.
