I'm currently going through instructions of "Deploy the Directory app". After publishing the Directory & Vacations apps to QA, I'm unable to add end user access for QA environment as I'm only shown the applications in development stage (checked) instead of getting the possibility to add access for the QA environment also (User Permissions - instruction #4 "...Use the Search field to find your Directory app..."). Am I missing something here?

If you have created the roles in the development environment, it will be available in QA environment too. I would suggest you to kindly go through the tutorial again and you will surely find the solution.
