Hello everyone, I hope you all are having a wonderful day!

We are developing a mobile app that must print physical copies of invoices made in the app, and for that purpose, we are connecting to Bluetooth thermal printers. At this point the printing functionality works just fine in the development environment, but when trying to use it in the production environment, we get this exception message. This message appears as soon as we "touch" the device we are trying to connect to.

 Can you please help us to understand this error?
