I exceed the limit of data storage, I cannot open my personal environment. Any idea how to solve this and get access to the environment?
Hi Asma,
It will be necessary to open a Support Case with OutSystems to unblock the environment and suggest specific cleanup actions according to each use caseCheck this documenthttps://success.outsystems.com/support/troubleshooting/infrastructure_management/manage_the_database_space_of_your_personal_environment/
or refer to this discussionhttps://www.outsystems.com/forums/discussion/74801/how-do-you-clean-up-your-personal-environment/
Thanks

Hello,
You have to wake up your cloud, in your customer portal you'll see this option and after you have to clean the environment.
Delete the old versions normally it's enought to solve the issue, as you don't have space in your database I advice to do through the Service Center.

Hi @Asma Salim,
I faced similar issue recently. In my case I don't have old versions of application as those were downloaded from forge. I simply check the consumption of database in each application and deleted downloaded forge applications those are not required .Outsystem only allocated 2GB database space for personal environment.
Thanks,
Sheetal
