I don't understand what to with this error, what am I supposed to do with the PDF management forge?
The error is explaining that it cannot download the chrome browser it will use on the server to create the PDF files. Normally it should work, but you can manually upload a chrome browser.
Press the red text "manually upload" in your screenshot and you will be given instructions to do so. Afterwards you can create a test PDF in the PDF management portal to see if it works.
