I am learning about the Outsystems license for enterprise on AWS and see that the cost for this license is $18,150/year while with outsystem, it also cost me $1500/month ($18,000/year). I have a question whether this AWS license supports any additional AWS services or not?

It does not, it runs your outsystems instance on AWS, fully managed by outsystems itself. But it is separate from your own AWS environment.
If you want to integrate it in your own AWS environment you could go for an "on premise" install, but it would also mean that you are responsible for updating/upgrading and maintaining this environment which is significantly harder.
Also note that if you do an on-premise license it is the same price as having outsystems host it for you.
