I'm encountering a problem rendering my app's screen. So, very rarely when loading the screen the following problem happens to me: overlap between the two bars. This is an issue only when the Android bar is active in the device's settings (check the image below).

It seems to me that there is an incorrect viewport height calculation when rendering the HTML page. I noticed that on the screen before (splash screen) this bad calculation already occurs. Has anyone ever experienced this problem? If so, what caused this problem and how was the solution?
