When I Run An Data upload Action Without AJAX Refresh, The Page Header Is Becomes Doubled.

We having that header as web block in common layout!

How can I refresh the header only! at the end of the screen-action? Or 

Is there anyother solution?

NOTE:

I dont want to refresh the full page. I just need the header container only itself should be refreshed.
