[Advanced Excel] Cell Alignment is not working

Hi, i have several columns that i have merged and align center but this one column, no matter what i do, it wont work. i have set up all the necessary values (HorizontalAlignment and VeritcalAlignment) as per screenshot but it is not working. can anyone help how can i fix this?

the result (for Scope of Work item) in excel file will always be aligned at the top as per below no matter if i changed the alignment to bottom/right etc;

Did you try by adding cell type as "text"?

I think cell name is passing different. Can you share the OML if possible?

it is not possible for me to share the OML cuz its p&c. i have checked that i passed the correct column. and i also tried to push the changes to UAT environment, and it is working in the UAT env, but not on DEV env. so is the issue actually from my service studio?
