I don't see any alternative in that list to the functionality of the former netchecker Forge component.

Hi Daniel, I'm in the same problem too, I've just established an IPSec VPN on my local network to Outsystems, and I'm able to ping the outsystems DNS servers, so the IPSec is Ok, but my integration builder to my local IP SQL Server is not connecting, and seems like the NetChecker was the way that I could confirm if access from Outsystems to my local network is fine or not. I've reached out to OS support as well and will post back if there's other workarounds
To my knowledge there is no alternative, and you need outsystems support to help you.
I found one post related to the NetChecker component. But the document does not have any information. I don't think there is any alternative available.
