I'm building a mobile app that needs to perform firmware upgrades to a connected device, specifically Over The Air (OTA) upgrades for a handheld device.

Hi Sandeep,
You have a device external to the mobile device (a tablet?) and you need to upgrade the firmware of that device, initiated from your mobile device?
If that's the case, I don't think you can do that. Device firmware upgrades typically use their own apps to upgrade the firmware, and typically use their own protocol.
