I need to make an application using docusign in which whenever I click on and document to sign it should always ask me to draw or upload signature instead of it showing me previously saved document. When I'm trying to click on the sign to change it I am not able to do so.

I understand you want to upload a signature instead of signing a document. For that, you would need to create a button or an upload widget to get the signature for the user's system. Then you need to save it.

Your question doesn't seem to be specifically related to OutSystems. Did you use a specific Forge asset for the Docusign integration?
Hi @Kilian Hekhuis yes I used DocuSign forge component for adding e signature in the document.
