Hello @Giacomo Socini 

How are you setting the locale? Since OS DataGrid is a supported and closed application and, since those translations are not currently available (they're not part of the Wijmo Flexgrid so won't be applicable), the only way you can translate it is using javascript to replace the text.
This was added to the component's backlog (ROU-4803 for future reference in the release notes).

The table is already translated. The only element don't translated is the pagination...
