I need your urgent support i have refused authentication with my RabbitMq server while im trying setup the configuration tool, I checked the trafic between the two servers i found the meesage in picture

Hello,You are using your own RabbitMQ server, and not the service installed with Configuration Tool, correct?The RabbitMQ and Erlang versions that you mentioned are not supported by the Platform Server version you are using.
