We are developing in OS in a on-prem environment using the Ultimate PDF version 10.0.2.

A month ago it stopped working in production env, Giving the error: "Unable to connect to remote server". When I try to test the PDF in Ultimate PDF Management it can't find the browser revision giving that error.

The settings in the Ultimate PDF management are the same in all the environments. I also spoke with the infra team to check that all the settings are the same in the server.

The infra team also tried to upload a revision but it didn't work(showed that the upload went successfully and still doesn't show the revision).

We also tried to update to the newest version and the Ultimate PDF stopped working in all the environments, giving the error: "Could not load file or Assembly 'Newtonsoft.Json'"
