Hi Saber Hassan,

Here you have 2 levels of permissions. When you click on the grant permissions from the Platform screen, your user SRVD-LCSRV has permissions on the database OutSystems_QC and the platform will perform the grant for the database perspective only ( access to tables, owners, etc)

But for the schedule tab, the configuration will be performed on the server services you run on this machine.  So, your SRVD-LCSRV should have administration privileges to install and/or enable services in your windows. This will not be done inside the configuration tool but you need to do it in your machine.  Please ask your infrastructure admin to give you this or if you have access grant to SRVD-LCSRV directly in your machine.
