I have the free version of Outsystems. I am building a patient health app and so I wanted to use the Patient Mobile app template but it won't open. It keeps giving me the error that "Outsystems cant seem to install the app right now". I have tried opening it up many time, and my friend has tried opening it on her own account but it is not working for her either. What should we do?

I can't tell you why you can't install it in your environment, but what I can say is that it's not a Service Studio problem.

Do you have a lot of apps and data in your PE? There is a space limit of 2gb for a PE.

I deleted all my application from the PE and tried installing it again, Still same error.

I think you should open a support case, and see if OutSystems can fix this for you.

I have created the support case and got the resolution for same.
But instead of using the app template they ask me to install the oap file in my environment from the forge(Link) through service studio and resolve any dependency issue.
On quick note, they also mentioned that if I face any issue while installing it from service studio then I can publish the downloaded the OAP file via Service Center.
We can use the Applications tab if it is an OAP file.
