I also fail for the final test on Tech Lead because it has huge scope. For Web Reactive I passed with high color as a mentor teach us Web Reactive.

My suggestion is:

1. Hire a mentor

2. Google some questions:

3. Retest just after u fail, and the questions are likely the same.

4. Test in group in sequence days, collect the questions and answers

5. Forget about certificate, and living with OS in this Forum :), OS is transforming all time.

I ever got the traditional web certification, but now it is gone already the tech.

For ODC, may be all new certificates are coming, and the old ones just bye-bye..:)

You can go through the outsystems documentation related to each topic present in the exam detail sheet of certification and must do practical analysis of each questions to get a clear view of  the concept involved.
