I haven't received confirmation mail of ODC training

I haven't received Confirmation email of ODC training . I have scheduled training between 25 march to 29 march.

Help me to resolve this so that I can start my training.

Please go to https://success.outsystems.com/support/home/ this link and open a support case. 

Then select Training and then write your question and submit.

Hi Avinash,
If you have not receive any mail with OTP , then please raise a support ticket you will receive the mail with the OTP and 2 files to start the ODC training.

I selected the option not related to infrastructure option and wrote my Question there but then again getting link of same page as solution.

Hey @Avinash Shukla,

Sometimes confirmation emails can end up in the spam or junk folder of your email inbox. Make sure to check these folders thoroughly to see if the email was routed there by mistake.

Hope you're having a wonderful day! I would suggest to check your spam/junk folder once. Recently one of my colleagues faced the same issue. The desired e-mail was stored in spam folder and he didn't even notice. So, try once before raising any ticket.
