can't create environment, stuck on the messege - "Setting up your infrastructure"

I Sign-up to the Platform, and downloaded service studio to my computer.  In order to be able to use the software, I have to connect through environment, so I tried to create an environment in my account on the website, and under the "your infrastructure" tab, the message "setting up your infrastructure" has been appearing for days. Even when I try to connect through my email account, it does not recognize my account. 

what can I do?
