I'm using SMTP Client forge to send email, using config of AWS Server mail.
I'm having trouble sending emails, detail is a image blow.
I contacted the system Admin and was informed that the firewall was not blocked.
Can you suggest me?

Hi Duc,
are you using the correct IP Address/Host name and port number. I think your IP Address/Host name and Port Number is not correct. (open your administration tab and under email settings check mail configuration)

Host name and port number i think its not wrong, i am using port 587 - AWS.

I found reason, config string port number have one space : ZeroWidthSpace.

Hi, it looks like a problem with the DNS service or with your device. Is it possible to try from a different device? Did you restart your device? Another case could be that the remote service was down at that time.
