Closed account- how to move certificates?

Hello everyone,

Hope you all are doing great!

My question is not about any technical issues, I am facing a problem and need your suggestions. 

I had my certifications in another account (work accout). While moving certificates, I have closed that account by mistake. Now I am not able to login to that account and my certificates are all gone.

Is there any way to retrieve the certificates? Any suggestions/idea will be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Hope you are doing well.

Sorry to bother again.. I have no intention to spam this thread, but posting here anticipating suggestions from you.
Can you please tell me-
1. what is the SLA of outsystems support team to resolve a ticket?
2. is there any contact number using which I can directly call them and get an update on my case?
3. @Daniel Kuhlmann I tried to reach out to OS team using that mail ID. But the mail was not delivered. I got an error message that the e-mail ID is not valid. Is there any other mail ID? 

Any suggestion is appreciated from my end.

Hi Ananya,

Try raising a support case explaining your issue.

In that support case try mentioning the mail Id which is closed and to which the certificates needs to be moved.

Also try to explain the issue as detailed as possible.

I have already raised a support ticket on Wednesday providing a detailed description of the issue. But it's not yet resolved. 

I asked for the contact number or e-mail ID so that I can directly reach out to them and ask them directly. Please help me with that if you have any. It would really be of great help.

Did you receive a confirmation mail from the outsystems support team or not.

If you have received, then try to escalate the support case so that you can have some quick response from the team.

If you didn't receive it then due to some issues the query may not submitted properly, if so try creating another case regarding it.

Hello Mukesh,

Good day!

Yes, I have received a confirmation mail from them. I tried to escalate the ticket already. But whoever I’m trying to escalate, I am getting a pop up message suggesting me to dial support numbers. Tried that as well but couldn’t connect.

I tried to get an update on the ticket by commenting on the ticket, but all I’m getting is auto-reply. 

Guess, I can’t do anything but wait until they reach out to me. Let’s see. Thanks for the suggestions though.

Not sure why calling did not work for you, it should.

Could you send me the support case number. I can try to reach out to the community team with it and ask them to look at it.

This is just to inform that I have received a call from outsystems support team today. They said that they are doing the needful at their end and have assured that the certificates can be retrieved.

I got confirmation from OutSystems that they are looking into this. Apparently you took a sequence of steps that led to the current situation. They are now looking how to recover from this for you to get your certifications back on your profile page.

Will keep you informed on their progress.
