Service Studio Couldn't establish a connection. Please check your internet connection

Hi team,

I was able to use the Service Studio Desktop App and log in to the environment until yestersday's evening. Today I tried to log in and I'm receiving the following message: "Couldn't establish a connection. Please check your internet connection". In a specific time I received this kind of message too:

"Could not establish a secure connection with <server.url>.

Either  <server.url> doesn't support secure connections, or has an invalid certificate"

But the one that appear the most is the one mentioned first.

I'm new to OutSystems and I'm using the latest Version (11.54.55.63233)

I tried to reinstall and clean the %temp% folder but none of these worked.

Can someone help me please? I've seen that this issue has a frequent occurrence over here, but I didn't find any solution for my problem.

ps.: There is no problem with my internet connection.

Hi Daniel,

If you are facing this kind of problem on regular basis, it's better to create support ticket. And hopefully the support team will help you.

If you are experiencing this issue with an On-Premise installation of the Platform Server, it's possible that the SSL certificate has expired. Try accessing the Service Center URL in your browser to confirm you can reach it and check if the SSL certificate is indeed expired.

If possible, try connecting to the OutSystems environment from a different network (e.g., a home network, mobile hotspot) to determine if the issue is network-related.

Hello, if you are using a VPN, it might be because of that.

Cheers!

If the problem persists it could be better to open a support case, like @Abhinav Shilwant said :)
