Not getting proper log in service center for API

Hi Team,

I am not getting proper logs for API Detail hyper link is missing. in That particular log. What might be a reason for that?

Hi Rajshri,

The logging level of your API is now default. please set it to FULL from service center under intigration TAb

Do check Activity Logging is enabled under operations Tab of the respective module as shown in the below screenshot.

That setting is NOT related to Web Service logging.

Unless Activity Logging is enabled, events are not logged even if the Logging level is set to 'Full'. I have attached a screen recording for your reference. Please check if this is relevant to our discussion.

Hi Rajashri,

Go to service center -> Click Factory tab -> Select the application and the module where the api is used - >Click Integrations -> Select the desired SOAP or REST API -> You will find set logging level -> Select Full.
