I have just upgraded from v6 to v7 for the Platform Server and Service Center.
After following all the instructions provided, I was unable to log into the service center with the default admin/admin credentials.

I have changed the username or passwaord anywhere, and yet it will not accept the default admin/admin.

Is there a way to reset the service center/platform server login credentials?

I have checked the community  posts and have tried all the suggestions, so i am really stuck.

Any help would be appreciated.


Hello Robbie,

Did you follow the checklist during the instalation?
Since you changed the password for the user "admin" you should use that new one..
If you can't remember it and have access to the data base you can go to the entity that stores the Service Center users and update the password field to a value that you know.
