Hello,

I would like to suggest some improvements to supporting pages (Administration / InstallationInstructions):

• the instruction for Windows is outdated; there is no MinGW version of wkhtmltopdf now and the list of additional binaries is quite different than presented
• the pages are missing a logout button / link; when I add myself the required Html2PdfAdmin role I must do non-obvious tricks to make the new role working
• last but not least: reading black text on a dark grey background is a kind of a challenge ;-)

But after all the solution is great ;-)
