Hi all, we have enabled App Feedback in our reactive applications, but for some reason, the Feedback App glowing circle is not displayed on the app.

I have checked in the Google Chrome development tools that the Feedback App logic is not added for some screens but yes for others.

Please check the following example:

So we are checking who is blocking/hidden the Feedback App logic, but we are not able to understand it. We have checked Javascript actions and CSS.

Any idea what is causing this issue?

Then we want to integrate it with Jira, which component is the best one for reactive apps? (because we have seen some of them, but for Traditional apps)

Have You Notice class="ECT_FeedbackContainer" Style=height=0;

So May Be container is invisible..can You please check on that.

Hi @Karnika-EONE,

That class belongs to the screen where the Feedback App is displayed as expected. So thats not the reason.
