Is the vision document generated during business vision workshop or project initiation phase? Or is it that the vision document is generated during Business vision workshop and it's further developed during the Project initiation stage? Below is a screenshot of two slides from Outsystems material. It shows that vision document as output of both business vision workshop and Project initiation. I would appreciate of someone could help to clarify. Thanks!

The vision document is generated and the output of business vision workshop that is normally done during the project initiation phase.
So after the project initiation phase is completed you should have the vision document completed.
