I’m trying to use the jwt api box but I’m always having bad requests after an update I made! Does anyone know if the way to call has changed? I’m passing the JSON with private and public key.

If you're talking about the app settings JSON, then it does not include the publick key, just the public key id. You can use the same JSON given to you by box, when you create the private key.
Did you check the documentation?
