Hello,
I have just registered at OutSystem and I am taking a look at the many courses the platform offers under the "Training" section. And I'm starting with the OSDC 2021 one. And the problem that I'm facing is that there isn't the option for the video to be launched into full screen. So, for example, I want to watch the "Intro to OutSystems" video, and the guy teaching all the steps (Rui Barbosa) clicks on many different places, and I can't fully see what's he's doing because the screen is so small. Is there a way to make it into full screen so I can clearly visualize what he's doing as he's building the movie app? Thank you.
hello @davi
Please check proper on right side bottom you have a fullscreen option
Hello @Vaishali Bhatt
Thank you for your feedback. I am attaching on my reply how the screen shows up for me. As you can see, it's different from the way it appears to you. For me, there is the play option at the left side, and on the right side there is the CC for subtitles, volume and the engine icon which only allows for speed play and quality resolution. But no option to display the video on full screen, unfortunately.
@Davi Coelho , I have understood your problem. In OutSystems, there is a pre-defined video of training in which you will get the option to do full screen but no option is given here If you want to watch this video in full screen, then you will have to raise your ticket, which means that You will have to submit your complaint, Here is one way, Another option is that you can zoom in the window (Windows logo key + Plus sign +).
Thanks
hello
I understand how frustrating it can be to follow along with training videos when you can't see the details clearly. Here are a few solutions you can try to watch the videos in full-screen mode: 1.Sometimes the full-screen button might be hidden or not immediately visible. Look for a small rectangle or square icon usually located at the bottom right corner of the video player
2.
If the video player does not have a full-screen option, you can use your browser's full-screen mode as a workaround.
For most browsers, you can press F11 (on Windows) or Ctrl + Command + F (on Mac) to toggle full-screen mode. This will maximize the browser window, giving you a larger view of the video.
Another option is to zoom in on the page. You can do this by pressing Ctrl + (on Windows) or Command + (on Mac). This will enlarge everything on the page, making the video appear bigger.
To reset the zoom, you can press Ctrl + 0 (on Windows) or Command + 0 (on Mac).
Hello @Anushka singh
Thank you for your feedback, as you can see in the image I am attaching here, for me it doesn't show up any icon that allows for me to display the video in full screen. I wonder why that might be, if it's got something to do with browser choice or what.
Pressing F11 for me did not work. However, the second option you recommended of pressing Ctrl and + did work out wonderfully and the page was enlarged and I was able to see the finer details of the video much clearly. Thank you so much!
ok @davi
Hello @Davi Coelho
This is similar for all users irrespective of browsers or users, So it's default behaviour and there is no option to see it in full screen.
ThanksDeep
