There's a two-click solution, that might be enough for you.
CTRL+Click on the main 'Server Actions' triangle in the front to collapse all underlying components:
And then normal click (without the CTRL) the Server Actions triangle normally again to open the list again, with all folders being collapsed.

I understand the problem you face when you work as a developer, but there is no shortcut to close all the pure folders simultaneously. If you want this, you must share ideas with the community for this functionality; maybe they will work on it.
In OutSystems Service Studio, you can use keyboard shortcuts to manage the folders and their contents in the Interface and Logic tabs. Unfortunately, there isn't a direct "collapse all folders" option with a single click or specific shortcut key built into Service Studio. However, you can use a combination of navigation shortcuts to quickly close all the folders manually:
Using the Mouse
If you prefer using the mouse, you can manually collapse each folder by clicking on the small triangle or minus sign next to the folder name.
Using the Outline
Alternatively, you can use the Outline tab in Service Studio, which provides a hierarchical view of your elements. This might make it easier to collapse and expand elements as needed.
