I am having an app in which i am having tables screen and a form screen and i want to change the language of labels so how can i convert my app text into another language , is there any function or forge component to covert our text in different language .

I have created an oml , please check it,
First you have to go to data tab and right click on multilingual locale and create one .
follow the steps in the oml.

You can find the Multilingual Locales in your Data tab, there you can select which language you will be creating a translation for:
After creating your new Locale, you can open it's window and start selecting which elements on your application will be translated or not:
Alternatively, you can Export and Import your locales to and from Excel:
